The Logistics Coordinator role will be based out of Montreal and will report to the Manager : Project Control Office.

The primary role of this position will be to coordinate and execute various Access Network Implementation department logistical workflows critical to the success of monthly production commitments.


:Support A.N.I. department with logistical coordination tasks


:Process purchase order requisitions through internal financial systems.
:Process network activity and implementation change management requests.
:Process data entry requests into respective databases and tracking tools.
:Maintain communication lines with internal/external clients.
:Provide periodic or ad:hoc workflow progress reports.
:Process documentation transformation of paper archives into digital format.
:Ensure value added work is present throughout execution of mandate.


:3 to 5 years relevant experience in a Coordinator role.
:Experience working with project teams.
:Experience with MS Office Suite.
:Experience in preparing reports.
:Ability to organize workflow in order to accomplish multiple and changing priorities.
:Show attention to details, keep accurate records, and work under pressure.
:Ability to be proactive in seeking new or improved administrative procedures.
:Knowledge of Oracle Financial Systems, Remedy ARS (Action Request System) a plus.
