Job description:

As an Administration Assistant, you will be provided with on the job training in all aspects of our administration system in your first week. You will work in a fast paced environment which requires you to be flexible and adaptable. You will join a close knit friendly team who are always willing to help each other out.

Seeked profile:

In this position, your day to day responsibilities are to:

Enter job progress notes into our Clients online portal

Provide direct support to Building Supervisors

Review Assessment Reports to ensure they are within the Service Level Agreement and submit without delay

Action phone and email enquiries by our Clients, Customers and Contractors about repairs

Manage and monitor all temporary fencing hire, conducting regular follow ups

Liaise directly with our Clients customers by telephone

Send surveys to customers and collate responses

To be successful in this position you will have:

A good work ethic and ability to contribute to a team

A strong customer focus and attention to detail

Ability to meet deadlines, prioritise tasks and achieve goals

A positive attitude and confidence in your ability

Experience using Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel

Great verbal communication skills especially over the telephone
