Position Description:

The Digital team under Bell Media is responsible for providing best in:class platform and technical environment to support our growing number of digital properties. The Project Management Office (PMO) within the Digital group is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced leader to act as the single point of contact to engage the Digital product delivery team and complete cost/benefit analysis on all projects impacting Bell Media.

The Analyst Program Manager works closely with teams on digital projects being delivered to Bell Media to ensure projects follow the corporate and internal governance model meeting our objectives to deliver on:time and on budget. These teams include Network Operations, Bell Media Product Management, Product Delivery managers, Brand and Finance.

Job Duties/Accountabilities:

By joining the PMO Governance team, your primary accountabilities and responsibilities include the following:

Complete cost/benefit assessments for all new projects.
:

Monitor projects to ensure all are following the governance model.
:

Assist with planning activities for work program.
:

Identify specific impacts or benefits to Bell Media Operations teams.
:

Review detailed assessments showing the financial impact or benefit to the Bell Media Organization and Finance.
:

Track and manage all capex/opex financial objectives.
:

Provide weekly detailed reporting/metrics on existing project pipeline, financials, resource allocation, project status completion statistics, any variances to plan and forecasting of future needs.
:

Provide monthly executive reporting.
:

Partner with project leads to establish post implementation benefit tracking plan and benefits reporting.
:

Complete annual audit for all programs/projects.

Critical Qualifications/Competencies:

Previous experience in a PMO is desirable.

Solid understanding of finance/accounting.

Solid business acumen : understand and implement key drivers of Bell Medias success.
