Architect Technical Lead

Description:

The architect or SM will work within one or more Agile software development teams and will review product backlog items and translate product backlog into associated product or solution architect and HLD development implementation. He/She will develop software architectures and designs for requirement implementation. He/She plays a key product development role by providing technical and or business competence as well as a subject matter expert for technology choices in the product architecture.

In addition to relevant technical and business competence and experience, the job requires good networking and team working skills. He/she will work closely with different groups inside and outside the Product Development Unit including interaction with customers as well across Ericsson and third:party technical experts.

Key Responsibilities:

Typical Responsibilities include but are not limited any one of to the following:

:System architecture, design and development of products and solutions specifically within Catalog Management and Order Care
:System management work including solution definition and product integration planning for Ericsson products and associated solutions.
:Write system description documents (BUC, BSUC, EPIC and User Stories) as well as Architecture and Design documents.
:Stay current with relevant technology trends, third party and competitor products
:Evaluate and propose technology for the product architecture
:Drive/Participate in system design studies within the PDU as well as across Ericsson
:Analysis of customer requirements, answering technical questions and participation in customer meetings
:Technical knowledge transfer in contacts with customers and partners
:Attend internal/external conferences and seminars as needed

Skills and Experience:

Desired skills and experience for this position should include, but are not limited to the following:

:Practical experience with agile methodologies
:10+ years in enterprise application software design and implementation with a proven track record of success
:Experience delivering large scale solutions, products and applications
:Experience with a breadth of programming languages and development practices are highly desired with practical experience with the JAVA programming language.
:Experience with a breadth of software architectures including Java EE, OSGi and Service Oriented Architectures is highly desired
:Experience with RDBMS and noSQL is highly desired
:Practical experience in product deployments within a Cloud environment is highly desired
:Experience with current products, trends and architectures associated with cloud based solution depl
