The Solutions Delivery group with Deloittes ITS (Information Technology Services department) requires an experienced and strong Senior Analyst to manage business requirements and functional specifications for a major financial application (SAP :S4 Hana).

This role requires:

:Good understanding of software development life cycle management, and project management expertise
:Expertise in creating clear Business Requirements Documentation
:SAP functional knowledge in FI / CO Financial Accounting and Controlling (GL, Profit Center, Cost Center, etc.), PS Project Systems (WBS), SD (including Customer Master, Pricing, Billing, Contracts, etc.), Business Partner, MM Materials Management, HR Employee Mini Master and Time Entry, ideally using S/4HANA
:Understanding of SAP FRICEW Objects including SAP Data Conversion and Integration
:Experience in SAP data mapping and integration with legacy applications
:Knowledge of SAP configuration and SAP tables (master, transactional, configuration tables)
:Strong communication skills, including facilitation skills
:Ability to provide support in integration decisions and technology process improvements

Responsibilities:

:Acting as contact with business on maintenance, small enhancements, and projects as appropriate
:Lead or assist in Process Design workshops with the business, design and implement solutions related to new or existing business process needs
:Work with various IT teams to analyze and document impact of proposed technology to existing functionality and communicate any potential risks
:Create and refine preliminary design / mockup of new functionality and develop flow charts, functional diagrams and descriptions to communicate application design specifications, as required
:Communicate technical integration decisions, issues and plans with project team
:Understand business processes, data elements and integration change impacts to legacy applications, and translate to future state requirements
:Provide functional / technical subject matter expertise for SAP business processes and data elements
:Perform SAP data mapping for data conversion and interfaces
:Establish and clearly document requirements and develop use cases
:Adhere to technology organizations technical design and documentation standards and conform to applicable architectural standards
:Provide input into project / resource estimating activities
:Participate in and support cross technology process improvement initiatives
:Define and develop test strategies and lead the testing efforts
:Facilitate JAD sessions to speed up scope definition, problem definition and process planning
:Facilitate workshops to ensure the efficient use of Solutions Delivery methodologies, processes and tools across the SDLC as appropriate
:Participate in planning sessions and develop and present technical concept alternatives to the client and business team

:University degree or equivalent work experience

:Excellent interpersonal relations and demonstrated ability to work with others effectively in teams
:Excellent verbal and written communications skills
:4 : 8 years experience in SAP FI / CO, Project Systems, Sales and Distribution and Materials Management
:Experience in SAP HR, MDG Master Data Governance and CPM Commercial Project Management are an asset
:Demonstrated experience of SAP system development life cycle and testing tools
:Combined technical and business experience with G/L systems are a definite asset
:Ability to interact with the business and staff in analysis and design skills
:Ability to facilitate and present at team and internal client meetings
:Strong problem solving skills in identifying issues and resolution
