Visa in collaboration with their clients in Indonesia has created the Indonesia Acceptance Program (IAP), a coordinated effort to invest in a broad range of card acceptance initiatives across the country.
The IAP is designed to create sustainable growth in both the card:present and card:absent environments and to help Visa issuers enjoy tangible investment returns from:
: Accelerating card acceptance through new merchants and new segments
: Encouraging the use of Visa cards at existing key merchants
: Improving the availability, security and quality of point:of:sale (POS), and e:commerce infrastructure
IAP’s main activities are collaborating with acquirers and merchants through a series of projects that support the growth of POS infrastructure through various incentives. In relation to this, each project requires a meticulous handling of project administration, which includes contract management, quarterly claim reports and verification (that is verified through Visa’s network data), billing, payment requests, program tracking and analytics. In addition to this, periodically, Visa internally and externally provides reports on project progress.
As a key individual contributor in this function, this role is critical in supporting the team on consistent and meticulous management of project administration and tracking.
: Execute client incentive claim process holistically through verification of claims against Visanet data, payment process, recapping results and providing notification to clients
: Process and support the execution of IAP quarterly billing and adjustments
: Handling and review of client contracts : kick start contract process once a business case is approved, check content against approved business cases, process for translation, check accuracy of translations, and process further till filing
: Record and file Legal Documents, including AMP (Advertising, Marketing and Professional) agreements, invoices, and other required documents as outlined in IAP’s SOP
: Provide reports on project progress which can include but not limited to data extracted from Visanet, Central Bureau of Statistics, etc
: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management / Information Technology (or relevant fields)
: Strong project management, organizational and people management skills
: Superior written and verbal communication skills
: Extremely meticulous
: Excellent analytical skills, especially with numbers
: Capability in extracting Visanet information efficiently
