Role Summary/Purpose: The Commercial Pricing leader Middle East and Saudi will manage the commercial pricing approval process for all Imaging business including the analytical works and analysis. S/He will also lead MMD pricing projects.

Essential Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities/essential functions include:

: Work closely with the EGM Product Pricing Team, Modality Management, Finance and Sales Teams to develop and execute GE Healthcare pricing strategy to drive profitable growth in the LCT

: Work closely with the Saudi and Middle East Zone Sales and Modality teams, EGM Modality Pricing Leaders and the EGM Pricing Manager to ensure pricing targets are set and delivered.

: Work with the EGM pricing team and regional modality/service team to set and revise equipment and service CM and discount targets

: Drive LCT level collaboration and escalation around MMD and One GEHC deals

: Lead pricing reviews and deal economics for MMDs

: Conduct price performance analyses such as price erosion, pricing dash boards, win / loss analysis, and segmentation analysis to support the pricing strategies.

: Utilize analytical skills when evaluating data from pricing and finance data tools to strive for informed and accurate pricing decisions, including margin calculations, market comparisons, historical pricing, funnel CM management, etc.

: Train commercial team on pricing methodologies when and where needed

: Revise distributor pricing strategy with the management.

: Work with the finance team on orders to sales CM leakage and review of cost estimates to have better profitability estimates and enforce audits where required.

: Custodian of pricing empowerment and pricing escalation to the regional level.

: Aware of and comply with the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/position

: Complete all planned Quality and Compliance training within the defined deadlines

: Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required

: Knowledge and understanding of all Global Privacy and Anti:Competition Policies (including but not limited to GE Healthcare HIPPA Guidelines, NEMA Regulations, etc.) and operates within them to ensure that no company policy or US / Intl Law is broken.

: Knowledge and understanding of all Environmental Health Policies (including but not limited to GE Healthcare EHS Policies, GE Healthcare Fleet Rules, etc.) and operate within them to ensure that no company policy or US / Intl Law is broken

: Ownership of order and configuration quality at the point of entry to ensure accuracy, configuration integrity and that all requirements are tied to documented customer inputs.

: Drive continuous improvement on all related processes, work instructions, and procedures to ensure ongoing standardization and simplification of the Quality Management System.

Qualifications/Requirements: 1. Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics,Marketing or similar discipline.

2. At least 3+ years experience in pricing, finance
