As a Consultant and a member of our team you will:

:Conduct practical and applicable analysis, research, and benchmarking

:Participate in internal and external business development and thought leadership initiatives

We are looking for exceptional and articulate candidates who meet the following requirements:

:1:3 years of relevant work experience
:Undergraduate degree in environmental or related science, or engineering (ideally complemented with some business work experience); or, business education with environmental work experience
:Complementary graduate degree (MBA, MSc, MA) with a focus on environment, sustainability, EHS strategy and operations
:Understanding of and experience with industry standards such as the Global Reporting Initiative and ISO (e.g., 31000, 55000, 19600, etc.)
:Experience implementing risk management in alignment with ISO 31000 including risk assessments
:Experience designing and implementing management systems; experience with regulatory mandated management systems (e.g., the National Energy Boards Onshore Pipeline Regulations) is an asset
:Experience developing standards, procedures, and processes to implement management system and/or regulatory requirements
:Experience with assurance activities including internal audit
:Experience with project management including budget analysis, status reporting, and issue management
:Sound understanding of sustainability issues across various industry sectors with particular emphasis on consumer business and/or energy and resources
