Role Summary/Purpose: As Country Executive, you will have overall responsibility for executing Grid Solutions Indonesia’s operating plan as well as setting strategic direction to drive margin and top:line growth. You will also be responsible for creating programs or initiatives responsive to the external environment and collaborate with Global Growth Organisation (GGO) and other GE businesses to increase growth in GE Indonesia.
: Develop and implement the Country’s strategic business plan by leading the team and determine customers’ needs, solve problems through consultative approach and be responsible for delivering revenue and margin commitments.
: Identify key opportunistic areas for synergies and collaboration between GE and customers from broader perspective.
: Facilitate the collaboration among commercial, engineering, manufacturing and services teams to build one Indonesia team, driving the organization efforts to achieve superior business results.
: Develop influential relationships with assigned customers at all levels and develop strategies to win profitable business from those customers.
: Develop customer strategies and leadership in their execution.
: Lead the country’s financial roll up through short, medium and long term financial planning.
: Work as part of Energy Connections (EC) Leadership team in Indonesia and be the Country Coordinator for other EC businesses including Industrial Solutions and Power Conversion.
: Build knowledge of Indonesia market economics, competitive issues, technologies and market opportunities.
: Provide leadership, coaching and development for the team to attract, retain and build a talent pipeline.
: Bachelor degree in Engineering or Business from an accredited university
: Minimum 10 years of sales and operations experience within the Indonesian Market
: Extensive and proven leadership experience within commercial, operations and manufacturing
: Excellent understanding of Indonesia and regional economics with respect to regulatory structure and appreciation of social political dimension within the region.
