Purpose Statement:

The core objective of this role is to create customer satisfaction and business growth through focused and sustainable business planning and management. Reporting to and supporting the Strategic Business and Health Economics Director to achieve the goals and objectives of the Division represented.

Key responsibilities

Responsible for the successful operation of the HcP activities of major significance to the organization. Conducts briefings and meetings for management both internally and with customers.
Representing HCP with target customers during prospecting and tendering phase to:
: Understand customer needs
: Sell the BSC solution story
: Tailor our offering accordingly in collaboration with central HCP support team.

Leading projects linked to target accounts:
: Coordinating workstreams required to successfully navigate competitive dialogues and complete tender submissions
: Coordinating solution delivery and change management at customer level

Creates and owns customer relationships with key stakeholders in HCP accounts
: Suite/Directors/Managers/Finance/Clinical/Operational
: Collaboration with central HCP team/ SBD on commercial deals

Industry Knowledge
: Participates actively on building new knowledge of the industry and about the competition continually seeking information from physicians, suppliers, insurance carriers and others to challenge, modify and prioritize strategies.

Business Management:
: Monitors performance on an ongoing basis, initiating corrective actions, preparing reports, summaries, analysis and documentation
: Plans and controls expenses to ensure objectives are met within budget
: Performs a monthly P and L review
: Integrates individual account plans and account profiles into a broader regional plan and coaches external and internal teams accordingly.
: Conducts quarterly reviews and adjusts strategies accordingly.
Influencing Skills
: Responsible on quarterly divisional forecasts and participates in the determination of market potential and expense estimates
: Identifies gaps, submits corrective strategies and implements plans with customers and internal teams
: Creates customer experiences in a way that motivates others and teaches applicable skills.
: Actively supports corporate/divisional initiatives
Creative Economic and Value:Added Solutions
: Identifies and develops working relationships with the Key stakeholders including C:suite in target accounts
: Leads target account contract negotiations
: Co:operates with divisional colleagues
: Helps define negotiation parameters for tough economically constrained customer situations

Building and Maintaining Relationships
: Create and own contact with target customer groups and key relationships seeking to leverage them into profitable business ventures
: Become the trusted advisor of the customers senior management
: Develop and maintain relationships with key BSC functional areas
: Actively identify and connect with new stakeholders among providers and payers in a way that creates opportunities for value creation for BSC

: Guide the Local Leadership team to maintain full compliance with the BSC Quality System (Corporate Quality Manual and Procedures) and the local quality requirements under the initiative of European Quality director.
: Participate in driving quality awareness in every employee, while guiding the local organization towards improved performance and customer oriented initiatives
: Provide input to the Quality Committee on local issues, with the purpose of either finding a solution from other countries experiences or providing advice on potential barriers for other countries and local regulations
: Participate as appropriate in Management Review of Quality Meetings to manage risks/issues associated with regulatory compliance, quality systems and product registrations.
