JOB TITLE.

Engineering Planning Manager.

PURPOSE OF THE JOB.

He/She plan engineering activities accordoing to project DFQ cycle.

Monitors and ensures planning compliants.

ORGANISATION REPORTING.

Hierarchical: SED.

Functional: PrEM.

NETWORK and LINKS.

He/she is in permanent link with the TxE, LE’s and PrEM of all projects.

PERFORMANCE MEASUREMENT / KPI’S.

:Respect of the delivery planning (included sub:contractor delivery):

100 on time delivery.

Continuous improvement or Return on Experience (RoE) management from previous projects:

RESPONSIBILITIES.

:Understand work scope, quantity and familiar with logical sequences in terms of engineering,

:Prepare and manage overall master schedule integrating work breakdown structure using scheduling software.

:Ensuring plans meet the project’s specifications.

:Track, monitor and forecast progress ofall engineering activities and deliverables.

:Evaluate allocation of resources and provide recommendations to maintain required progress.

:Analyze gaps between the planned and actual progress and highlight the areas of concern which required action of the associate task member.

:Collaborating with site managers, surveyors, engineers, site worker and other professionals.

KNOWLEDGE and EXPERIENCE.

:2 years as Planning manager in Engineering environment.

SKILLS.

:Must be innovative, detail:oriented, experienced in highly visible/controversial projects.

:Capable of managing multiple, high:priority assignments.

:Strong interpersonal skills to develop good working relationships at various levels and to resolve complaints.

:Strong analytical skills to interpret research data for reports and apply mathematic techniques in practical situations.

:Reading comprehension to understand technical and legal materials.

:Ability to work on several projects or issues simultaneously.
