About The Role

We are looking for a talented new member to join our management team. Assisting in leading an elite sales team, the Field Sales Manager will contribute directly to the success of our clients campaigns. Through training, proactive coaching and mentorship, and excellent time management the successful Field Sales Manager will work with a team of Sales Representatives to generate results that achieve the goals set by our clients.

Reporting to the Account Manager, this role focuses on managing, training and coaching a team of 8:12 Sales Representatives to exceed all given targets.

Key Responsibilities

Manage team toward
achieving/exceeding sales and personal goals

Responsible for consistently increasing your teams performance

Attend and execute orientations / trainings for new hires

Travel to the various field locations to manage the team of 8:12 Sales Representatives

Motivate and encourage team resulting in an increase in retention

Support the Account Manager to achieve the given target

Focusing on building relationships with all members of the team

Qualifications

1:2 years of sales and/or sales training experience required

Highly professional, charismatic and confident

Adaptable to a flexible working schedule that can include evenings and weekends

Exceptional time management, organizational and planning skills

Ability to build strong relationships and positively influence colleagues

Direct Sales / telecommunication or credit card sales experience is an asset

Valid G class license with own vehicle is required as travelling is involved

Compensation

Competitive fixed pay with commission structure targeting 45,000:50,000 (all inclusive)
