Role Summary/Purpose: The Finance Manager will have P and L finance leadership for all GE Healthcare businesses in Indonesia. In this role, the Finance Manager will act as a business partner to the operating team driving operating performance and act as a champion for cost optimization, productivity, inventory, AR, balance sheet and cash flow.

Essential Responsibilities: Essential duties / responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

: Partner with business leader and staffs to drive operating performance (including sales, CM, VC, BC, Op Profit) and act as champion for strategic initiatives within the organization.

: Own the development of estimates, operating plans / forecasts / reviews and blue print playbook.

: Effectively manage / lead / coordinate / develop team members to determine clear roles and responsibilities, and identify action / development needs to ensure superior finance business support.

: Be responsible for analyzing and evaluating alternative financial plans and potential investments as they related to the organization’s objectives.

: Partner with Controllership and Operational teams to adopt policies; drive profitable growth by providing analysis of results and identifying and tracking key metrics while advising the leadership team on compliance risks and opportunities as well as recommending appropriate actions.

: Lead cross functional projects to drive simplification throughout the organization and to improve rigor in key finance processes, reducing costs and improving profitability.

: Actively participate with operation management to improve productivity and cash management.

: Develop and improve financial processes including finance reporting tools, management reporting tools, budgeting and estimating processes.

: Contribute to improving efficiencies and performance as well as providing quality financial information.

1.Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration

2.A minimum of 8 years of experience in Finance support in a commercially focused environment

3.Experience working in a global business environment with sound understanding of global process and transactional flows

4.Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate complex business issues in a clear/concise manner

5.Graduate of GEs Financial Management Program (FMP) or graduate of other financial leadership programs

6.Trained and/or certified in proces
