Job Summary:

Scaffolding and Formwork Manager is responsible to grow and sustain a profitable Hire and Sales business within UAE.

Must possess UAE experience in Formwork and Scaffolding industry

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and report on Formwork Hire and Sale business KPIs to ensure transparency in health and growth.
Form part of the management team in driving market share improvement throughout the whole business.

Taking ownership of the Formwork Hire and Sale business P and L responsibilities and reporting back to management.

Formulate and manage improvement strategy, on:going, to improve all elements of the Formwork Hire and Sale business.

Manage and support all HR responsibilities including recruitment and Brand Training System (BTS) to ensure continuous and correct improvement in staff development planning.

Manage and accurately report on Revenue Forecasting (PHACT) for the Formwork Hire and sale business.

Manage and monitor debt within the payment terms and conditions as per contractual agreements and forecasted collection budgets for the business.

Manage, report on and improve upon Hire and Sale logistics through BEIS Stock KPI dashboard.

Responsible for driving sales team to reach predetermined sales figures for the business as a whole.

Responsible for commercial contract analysis to reduce exposing the company to unnecessary financial, operational and commercial risk.

Responsible for Bid/Tender/Quotation integrity, company compliance and submittal achievement for the Formwork Hire and Sales Business.

Overseeing hire and sale formwork/scaffolding works, giving clear instructions to subordinates, to ensure quality control and compliance of materials and workmanship.

Responsible for coordinating with the Engineering Department Head in preparation of all stages of design drawings for proposals to final shop drawing stage.

Responsible for Hire and Sale formwork/ falsework and scaffolding, engineering analysis, technical consultation and solution proposals with sales team for clients/consultants.

Ensures that all works are executed to high standards and meet all required safety standards.

Prepare management information and monthly reporting in a timely manner.

Coordinate with sales team to provide support ,on time, in order to complete all projects within agreed schedules and timetables.

Periodically taking the physical count of yard stock/onsite equipment (scaffolding and formwork).

Correspondence with group of companies and related involved departments as and when required.

Correspondence and meeting with management as and when required.

Qualification and Experience:

Essential

Recognized engineering degree or business management diploma.

Minimum 10 : 15yrs of experience within the formwork/scaffolding hire and sale industry is mandatory.

Should have worked for min 8:10 years with Scaffolding and Formwork Company within Middle East.

Extensive knowledge of different types of formwork and scaffolding systems.

Ability to use necessary software.

Worked for major formwork supply companies in the region or globally.
