As an Internal Account Manager : Software Sales, you will be tasked to manage existing accounts. Ensuring revenues are maintained whilst also looking for new business opportunities within these accounts. Youll be working with external sales colleagues and Channel partners, within defined countries/regions eg France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Nordics and UK, based from various locations around Europe. You must be able to demonstrate that you are sales driven, a targeted orientated Internal Account Manager, with a demonstrable sales track record to date.
Responsibilities for the Internal Account Manager will include (but not limited to):
Building prospect pipelines
Maintaining existing revenue streams within end user customers, whilst identifying new business opportunities.
Working in a defined country, region/territory, working with external sales colleagues in country to achieve your own sales targets.
Building relationships with new key points of contact within customers as well as channel partner community
Current working experience of selling software solutions to the corporate end user
Skills required for the Internal Account Manager include (but are not limited to):
Experience of generating new business opportunities for a recognised IT Software solutions provider.
Must be able to demonstrate a sales track record over the past 3 years (minimum) selling software solutions to multiple levels of contacts within the corporate end user, and working with channel partner community to deliver these solutions.
Without exception you need to be hungry, self motivated, with a desire and passion about how technology can help the end user. You will have excellent account management, relationship, communication and presentation skills.
