As an Internal Sales Manager – Software Sales, you will be tasked to manage existing Internal Sales team, focused on German speaking regions, whilst working with the EMEA VP of Sales to grow the sales team across the region. Your sales team will be selling direct to the corporate end user, whilst fulfilling via the Channel partner community in defined countries, territories and regions.

Responsibilities for the Internal Sales Manager will include (but not limited to):

Building Internal Sales teams to achieve set country targets as agreed with the VP EMEA
Coach and mentor Internal Sales teams, to achieve set targets and business objectives.
Lead by example
Work with the VP EMEA on creating the strategy and execute the strategy to achieve set business targets and objectives.
Build long term relationships with new key points of contact within key customers and channel partner community.
Sell enterprise software solutions to the corporate end user.

Skills required for the Internal Sales Manager will include (but are not limited to):

Experience of leading and motivating internal sales teams, who will have various levels of experience and capabilities; to achieve business and personal targets and objectives.
Without exception you will be fluent German and English speaker and knowledge of selling enterprise software solutions.
