: Part of a Global team, who provide support 24/7 week, you will manage a large amounts of data.
: You will provide the 1st level support on request from customers based worldwide.
: Implement new releases and establish standards for operational management.
: Monitor and troubleshoot operations of business applications.
: Manage and maintain support services.
: Configure and manage development environments, UAT and production.
: Manage incidents, problems, changes and releases.
: Tuning capacity and performance
: Coordinate, administer tests and security platform.
: Comply with the requirements of OLA and quality validation.
: Ensure framework ITSM processes, tools and standard operating procedures are implemented, used and supported end to end.
: Minimum of 2:3 years experience with SQL server 2008, 2012/2013 in a large amounts of data.
: Good experience in 1st level support.
: Global environment/virtual team experience.
: Familiar to validated environment.
: Experience with DAG (Database availability Groups) and SQL Server cluster is a plus.
: Advanced in English (especially in written).
This position is 100 onsite in Madrid.
