Reporting to the Senior Manager, promotions, marketing and creativity media, the creativity mediaadvisor willparticipate in thecreation of promotional concepts and special projects for direct clients and local advertising agencies, along with sales representatives, promotions, programming and web teams.

Key accountabilities and responsibilities:

:Manage proects along with the digital content producer and the creativity Media advisors
:Manage and follow up all creativity media projects to completion.
:Create and develop all custom presentations;
:Provide innovative ideas and concepts to assist in new opportunities;
:Manage work flow internally for clients by working with sales departments and all other business units involved in creativity media projects;
:Manage Outlook task, inventory, calendar and sales tools
:Other related tasks delegated by supervisor


:Minimum 4 to 5 years of directly related work in advertising agency, promotion and/or media sales and advertising;
:Very creative with strong knowledge of advertising and marketing challenges of announcers;
:Excellent communication and presentation skills, strong organizations skills, self:starter, ability to take initiative;
:Ability to work under tight deadlines and pressures, flexible and able to quickly shift direction and scope of projects as needed;
:Excellent presentation skills;
:Excellent verbal and written skills (French and English);
:Ability to work as part of a team and to maintain good relationships;
:Proficient with Microsoft Office;
:Training on project management is an asset
:Knowledge of media industry specifically radio, is an asset.
