The National Sales Lead will be responsible for driving growth of E:Commerce and Retail specific revenue, through the direct sales channel.
:Engages with sales on calls and solution development
:Trains sales team on E:commerce and Retail capabilities and industry trends
:Works directly with sales, product development, clients, the solutions group, marketing and Ops regarding how Purolator will need to position, sell, market and execute market level E:Commerce capabilities and solutions and drive Retail growth
:Evaluate current Purolator E:commerce capabilities against the current best in class market practices in order to recommend continuous improvement practices and investments to drive sustained growth in this area
:Act as SME for e:commerce across the company
:Will deal directly (where necessary) with large strategic sales opportunities looking for E:Commerce solutions
:University degree or equivalent education
:4:5 years progressive experience in E:commerce sales or experience leading teams selling E:Commerce specific solutions
:Consultative selling methodology
:Project Management or Facilitation skills
:Effective Presentation Skills
:Strong communication skills both verbal and written is required
