To deliver service excellence and advice to our Wholesale Banking clients and internal partners in all enquiries, problems, conflict resolution and other service:related issues.
To be the Service Partner, working together with Transaction Banking, CIC, Operations and other key internal stakeholders to solve client issues, identify opportunities and deliver the Banks services.
Product Knowledge:
Only candidates with core Trade Operations (Imports/ exports , Guarantees/ Receivable Services) skills required.
Must have a Trade CDCS certification.
Service Conscience:
Passionate about service culture, demonstrating a keen interest in driving
continuous service improvement for our clients and embed client obsession through the organisation in and beyond CSG.
Client Engagement:
Understand clients requirements across multiple products (majorily Trade : exports/imports/guarantees and Receivable Services)
* Clear and appropriate communication, using written and spoken skills
* Provide consistently high level of service and manage clients requests and enquiries
* Maintain client service professionalism through all interactions with clients and internal stakeholders.
* Capture all enquiries, requests, compliments, complaints, errors and
feedback into system effectively and ensure that complaints are resolved in accordance with agreed service level
Work Management:
* Prioritise work to meet peaks and troughs
* Balance client needs and workload
* Identify and communicate work plan and escalates potential issues
Risk and control:
* Ensure all laid out policies and procedures are strictly complied in the team.
