Job Summary :

Build and maintain strong relationships and coordination with existing pension clients, Handle and resolve customers’ inquiries and complaints.

Bachelor Degree (min.) in any majors

Experience :

1 to 2 years of relevant experience, preferably from banking or financial industry

Having experience as customer service is a plus

Knowledge and Skills :

Highly organized and customer oriented

Good communication and problem solving skill
:
Computer Literate (Ms. Office)
:
Have a good presentation skills
