My Client is looking for Business Analysts.
You would be critical to the development life cycle of a specific games portfolio as you capture product requirements and translate them into tasks for our Development gurus. Working hand:in:hand with fellow craftspeople : from Product Managers and Development Managers to Product Designers : youll examine how everything currently works, pinpoint limitations and recommend improvements. In short, youll make playing each game even more fun.
It means getting all the requirements down in detail for Development and Quality Assurance Engineers. Checking that any new functionality is exactly whats needed. And keeping Product Managers up to speed with progress. As part of that, youll be closely involved in sprint planning.
Youll be part of a super:motivated Software Development team thats structured around product:centric PODs. Each POD includes technical leadership, development, architecture, QA, and product and project management functions. Your work will affect every one of them.
What youll do
Capture functional and non:functional product requirements and translate them into development tasks
Answer day:to:day development questions throughout the product development life cycle
Cooperate with all sorts of creative thinkers as you work through systems flows and requirements, find ways to improve requirements capture, tooling and processes, and get to grips with the needs of players and the business
Manage product requirements across development teams, keeping a close eye on quality
Analyse and manage any day:to:day changes to project plans, making sure we can still hit our deadlines
What youll bring
Experienced at writing product documents, or similar
Skilled in product analysis
Someone whos worked in software development, with QA departments, and remotely with business and product stakeholders across different time zones
Able to coordinate analysis work and use different techniques to create detailed specifications
Well:versed in Agile, Scrum and competing methodologies : and skilled at knowing when to use which
Familiar with Issue Tracking (Jira) tools
Good at getting on with things in a fast:paced, fast:changing environment
