In your role, you will:
: Responsible to maintain the customer area and ensure customers are properly greeted
: Act as the receptionist for the Global Completion Center
: Assist in meeting planning and catering
: Responsible for the GCC Customer Calendar and meeting room reservations
: Support delivery ceremonies and delivery lunches
: Organize Rooms:Customer offices Set:up , Wi:Fi and Customer screen/Delivery Center Management
: Monitor results of customer satisfaction survey
As our ideal candidate,
: You have a strong customer focused approach, team work, leadership, communications and interpersonal skills.
: You have 2:4 years of experience in a customer:facing role : concierge, receptionist, customer experience specialist, customer services agent
: Knowledge of the business aviation industry is an asset
: You are proficient in English and French (spoken and written);
: You are resourceful, agile and respond quickly to priority changes and re:align priorities as needed
