My client, an international IT distribution organisation, are currently recruiting for an SAP FICO/BPC Consultant to be based in their Spanish offices in Barcelona.

Day:to:day responsibilities:
SAP system customisation in one or more functional areas BPC configuration and report creation Point of contact for any module specific problems for internal customers Assisting the development team with business and process support and functional specs Creation of business standard documentation of all new developments Assisting in the UAT phases by generating test runs and assisting users in executing the tests Coach and assist the training department Contributing to the planning process Knowledge transfer to Trainers, Subject Matter Experts
Essential skills:
3:5 years business experience Experience with Planning/Consolidation systems (ideally BPC) Advanced Excel knowledge Advanced knowledge of Accounting General Ledger structures Extensive skills on ABAP coding for user exits and small enhancements Analytic skills Expert configuration knowledge in FI and CO 2 full life cycle FICO implementations
Desirable skills:
Distribution industry experience Experience with consolidation and reporting systems such as BPC, BW, or Hyperion Project Management exposure
