Position Summary
Provide thought leadership and strategic direction for the growth of payment products across Indonesia. This role encompasses the development and delivery of product strategies, a pipeline of product developments, acceleration plans, category product management and customer preference that underpins the purpose of growing revenue for Visa Inc. Lead a team, through effective people management and development programs, which are in line with Visa’s strategic objectives and Values.

: Create strategies and product plans that drive Visa’s competitive advantage and revenue growth agenda for core (Credit, Debit, Commercial and Prepaid) and emerging products solutions (including ecommerce, mobile, contactless and digital) across Indonesia
: Lead category wide initiatives with key stakeholders across functional teams to execute initiatives that are quantifiable and aligned with the corporate and customer’s strategic objectives for all products
: Manage planning, forecasting and financial reporting
4. Design compelling, differentiated and relevant product plans that leverage Visa’s system, IP, brand/ marketing programs and commercial assets to positively influence revenue growth in Indonesia
: Effectively manage a team that grows and guides the evolution of products to meet and exceed the needs of all stakeholders across the geography
: Drive performance management, career development, recruitment, succession planning and talent assessment for the team
: Understand economic implications of Visa business strategy and manage budget, investment and product profitability to meet business objectives
: Lead and assign key projects and activities to deliver superior products and services in Indonesia
: Utilize industry, consumer purchasing behavior, retail banking and digital trend analysis and customer knowledge to seek out new business opportunities
: Maximize portfolio performance by identifying and addressing growth opportunities and lead the formulation of new performance metrics and analytical tools to enhance portfolio benchmarking capabilities for Indonesia
: Exhibit leadership behaviors in respect of being an advocate of Visa’s products and initiatives in the industry, including preparation and delivery for forums, conferences and customer events
