As a part of Deloitte Private, our Private Consulting practice provides advisory and technology services focused on enabling our mid:market and private clients to realize their business growth and operational improvement objectives. Our team of advisors serve our clients by providing Business Strategy and Planning, Operations Effectiveness, Technology Strategy, and Enabling Technology services. Our methodologies and approaches are appropriately scaled to the needs of our mid:market and private clients, while still incorporating Deloittes ability to provide global and industry specific insights.
As a Private Consulting Senior Manager, you will be a part of Deloittes Private community, primarily responsible for developing and managing a portfolio of client relationships. As a market facing member of our team, you will be focused on understanding our clients business issues and identifying opportunities to provide impactful services utilizing the breadth of Deloittes consulting capabilities. In addition, you will have specific expertise in at least one of the following Private Consulting core competencies: Business Strategy and Planning, Human Capital, Operations Effectiveness, or Technology Strategy, and will be responsible for effectively selling and delivering client engagements within your area(s) of expertise.
You will also have a leadership role within our Private Consulting practice, responsible for the mentoring and growth of Private Consulting team members, identifying new services and delivery approaches tailored to Private and mid:market clients, the development of Private and mid:market specific delivery methodologies ,and contributing to the support of overall practice operations.

:Previous consulting experience within Private and mid:market organizations
:A proven track record in effectively building and managing a portfolio of client relationships as a trusted business advisor
:Superior consulting process, founded in superb problem solving skills and the ability to effectively present concepts and solutions
:Expertise in one or more of the following competencies, with a demonstrated history of successfully delivering consulting services:
:Business Strategy and Planning
:Technology Strategy and Planning
:Superior verbal and written communication skills, including workshop facilitation
:Experience in managing a team, including coaching and performance counseling
:Demonstrated strong commitment to professional and client service excellence
:Undergraduate degree in Commerce, Computer Science, Engineering etc. MBA degree is an asset, as are relevant professional designations (PMP, CMC)
:Ability to travel within Canada and enter the USA to work on client assignments 13;
