Reporting to the VP, Residential Revenue Management, this role is responsible for managing high ROI initiatives from strategy development to execution, and ensuring our revenue plans meet targets.

What you will be doing:

:Build and lead cross:functional team/s to drive shared accountability, and mutual commitment to program delivery and objectives
:Establish an integrated program plan incorporating performance measures tying back to overall Residential business plan
:Ensure effective integration, management and delivery of program objectives
:Anticipate program risks and define and align appropriate mitigation strategies for deployment
:Design appropriate reporting scorecards to monitor progress towards delivery of revenue and achievement of residential objectives
:Proactively identify synergistic opportunities and bridge silos
:Advance how we work as One Rogers across cross:functional teams by establishing process, norms, expectations and mutual accountabilities
:Partner with acquisition and base management leads to develop compelling operating plans for the residential business, with noted cross:integration and synergies
:Identify and facilitate internal debate and decision around trade:offs, resource constraints, including gap management across acquisition and base management
:Author and champion a clear and succinct set of residential priorities across Brand, Acquisition and Base Management, and Channels for alignment
:Stand up consistent performance measurement of acquisition and base management to influence and highlight gaps/opportunities, and build mutual accountabilities
:Champion case for constant y/y and q/q improvement, with practical suggestions
:Proactively identify synergistic opportunities and bridge silos

What you bring:

:Strong financial and business reporting acumen
:Ability to quickly understand and solve business issues. Possess an entrepreneurial spirit and can do attitude
:Able to quickly grasp new concepts, terms, technologies, product and processes
:A team player with a strong work ethic who can work well with and lead cross:functional teams
:Able to look at a problem using different perspectives such as logical, creative and strategic thinking
:Be graceful and have a sense of humor in dealing with stressful situations
:Strong research, analytical, business writing and communication skills
:Extremely detail oriented and aware of deliverable dates and timelines
:Able to receive an assignment and follow:through with a high quality output
:Previous Strategy, Product Management, Product Development, Finance, Operations, Process Improvement experience
:Previous Telecommunications experience, consulting experience preferred
:University degree, BA, BSC or equivalent. MBA is considered an asset
