Role Summary/Purpose: This role is responsible for leading large:scale multi:modality healthcare projects in Middle East Region. This person owns the project management and implementation process including sales order review; project planning, design/layout, contractor interface, submission of documentation; resource coordination and finally issues resolution. He sets accurate delivery, installation and clinical application key dates and coordinate the field operations until handover.

Essential Responsibilities:
: Provide GE Healthcare leadership during project execution:
o Act as the primary liaison between GE and the customer team
o Provide support to customers and to sales representatives with site preparation and project management activities
o Identification, escalation and resolution of issues, which might affect customer satisfaction and GE operational targets
o Work cross functionally with sales, order operations and services teams while owning the project management and implementation process

: Ensure installation quality to our customers:
o Identify and plan the needed resources by the optimum utilization of available funding and reserves
o Provide directions for subcontractors; installation leaders and clinical applications specialists;
o Monitor and communicate delivery; installations and applications key dates for recording in project management systems.

: Support the sales transfer:
o Ensure compliance, handover and reporting procedures are followed;
o Support the customers acceptance process;
o Ensure the relevant paperwork is dispatched in a timely manner to the administrative staff in charge of contracts and warranties.

: Follow and comply with existing GE Healthcare EHS rules and procedures.

: Work closely with Channel Partners / Distributor to ensure implementation of project execution

: Achieve customer satisfaction through the best possible site management and installation quality.

: Ensure compliance with contractual requirements and local regulations.

Qualifications/Requirements:
: Bachelors Degree and minimum 10 years of leadership and project management experience.

: PMP Certified or equivalent

: Previous customer relationship management.

: Demonstrated ability to carry on multiple projects simultaneously

: Outstanding interpersonal and communication (oral and written) skills .

: Proven ability to lead in a matrixed environment.

: Commitment to quality.

: Technical background: knowledge in electricity, mechanics, physics, civil works, building trade, CAD, experience or engineering school

: Good knowledge of GEHC equipment business and local regulations for medical equipment.

: Fluent in English.
