Are you passionate about creating innovative and engaging online experiences? Rogers Communications is currently seeking a Senior UX Designer to join the growing Customer Experience UX/UI team.

Were looking for a seasoned UX pro, well:versed in mobile and desktop UX workflows, who can lead major projects, provide direction to other UX designers and help us overhaul the digital experience for our customers.

Responsibilities:

:Design user interfaces and wireframes that provide users with an interactive, informative and engaging experience
:Serve as a subject matter expert, providing actionable recommendations and confidently standing behind them to obtain stakeholder buy:in
:Interpret creative briefs and translate them into quality wireframes and prototypes, considering business goals
:Manage UX initiatives from the idea stage, through wireframe delivery to the development teams, to final QA
:Work closely with the design team to create online prototypes for usability testing
:Lead user research projects, develop proposals, conduct usability sessions, analyze and report results
:Contribute to analysis of quantitative research and online surveys

The Requirements:

:Strong portfolio demonstrating experience designing for complex ecommerce websites and mobile platforms
:Knowledge of the latest trends and technologies in responsive web and mobile design, user:centered design, information architecture and interactive design
:Degree in human factors, human:computer interaction, information design or related work experience
:+5 years UX experience including Mobile (Responsive)
:+5 years experience with Axure, Omnigraffle or similar wire framing software
:+2 years experience with usability testing and user research methods
