Reporting directly to the SeniorManager of Small Business Marketing, the ideal candidate is an experienced marketer, with segment marketing and channel experience. They need to be capable of interpreting results and data to generate insight and formulating concepts and campaigns to deliver results. They are creative, strategic and analytical with the ability to think outside the box and drive new unique approaches.
It’s imperative the candidate is proactive and continuously seeking new opportunities to improve targeting to drive acquisitions, revenue and win market share. The high performing individual needs to have demonstrated success with influencing and delivering results with cross functional business units.
:Interpret marketing and customer data to identify new opportunities on how to best target and appeal to business customers
:Define, develop, and execute targeted campaigns to accelerate acquisition and grow revenue
:Work cross:functionally with market insight teams, product, pricing, marketing communications, channel and IT to develop and execute campaigns end to end
:Identify and define targeting strategies enabling new opportunities to drive wireless acquisition
:Work hand in hand with product and pricing teams to create attractive, relevant and cost effective offers
:Develop and create clear and concise marketing briefs and work with marketing communication and brand to deliver market ready content
:Define measures of success offer and campaigns by channel and product and track results accordingly, altering approach as needed
:Create compelling and strategic marketing presentations to drive buy in and alignment across business units and stakeholders
:Demonstrate ability to develop and launch marketing campaigns from concept to market introduction with ongoing management
:Build and maintain campaign dashboards that set measurable program targets, proactively report against campaign objectives and mange campaign budget
:Bachelors degree in business or equivalent, MBA pref
