The Role

Supported by the Channel Marketing team, the Channel Marketing Specialist will define, develop and execute strategic campaigns and uncover net new opportunities to shape how we market, execute and sell in our channels. This is a unique opportunity to experience strategic and tactical efforts for Bell Mobility while being exposed to all facets of the organization. You can leverage qualitative and quantitative information and turn it into sound recommendations which equates to wins for Bell Mobility. To succeed in this role you have to wear many hats, building relationships and collaborating with cross:functional teams are extremely important to succeed in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

:Analyze channel metrics and build strategic programs to improve overall performance using 4P execution. Support the development of Quarter plans
:Evaluate and clearly communicate campaign results and channel performance
:Pull insights from results and customer feedback to optimize marketing spending and activities
:Develop actionable campaign insights, analytical frameworks, and profitability models to improve conversion rates, port ratios and product mix
:Manage end:to:end launch of new promotions and services from executive approval through channel execution, training and post:mortem analysis.
:Work closely with key stakeholders and vendors to launch new programs while leading large cross functional teams through design, build, implementation, communication and execution.
:Create competitive comparisons and sales job aids for channels
:Responsible for ad:hoc usage and revenue reports and analysis to drive market pricing decisions in addition to Market analysis and gap closure initiatives
:Meet aggressive due dates and ambiguity of working in a very competitive market environment

Required Competencies:

:Proven analytical ability combined with strong interpersonal skills and business acumen
:Ability to synthesize data into clear and simple recommendations and insight for the business
:Experienced in developing programs, providing recommendations based on results and making decisions
:Excellent interpersonal skills (verbal and written) with the ability to get things done by influence
:Creative with the ability to think outside the box when developing channel summaries and competitive comparisons
:Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
:Highly self:directed and comfortable working in the face of change and ambiguity
:University degree with a Business, Marketing, or Mathematics and/or related discipline
:Knowledge of the evolving competitive telecom environment

Preferred Qualifications:

:Bachelors degree in business or equivalent
:3:5+ years of experience in a marketing and/or channel execution role
:Telecommunications experience a strong asset
