The Team

EMEAR (Europe, Middle East, Africa, Russia) Technical Services : Service and Logistics Operations (TS SSLO) is part of Cisco Services organization. SLO is tasked with delivering hardware replacement support to Ciscos customers and partners according to their Service contract. It is SLO responsibility to ship replacement parts (Cisco equipment) and Field Services Engineer to the customer on time. Ciscos Technical Services span the globe and operate 24 x 7, 365 days a year. Below some basic facts about the scope of the operations:

Role and Responsibilities

Reporting into EMEAR team within Cisco Services, TS SLO, the Supply Chain Manager Middle East and Turkey is the bridge between supply chain operations and our Vendors interface specifically EMEAR Region. The candidate will be responsible for evaluating and driving actions to improve the end:to:end customer experience of the Service Logistics and Operations(SLO) Develop, manage and maintain an infra:structure capable for offering competitive Supply Chain Services (IOR/EOR, Warehousing and Transportation) to achieve the highest possible service at the lowest cost and working towards exceling our Customers overall experience.

* Manage Third Party Logistics (IOR/EOR/Brokerage, Warehouse, Transport) impact on the Service Delivery Performance (SDP)
to 98 On Time Delivery
* Manage, Review and where applicable change and configure Supply Chain Setup in the region
* Manage Warehouse Performance and Third Party Logistics Impact on the Service Delivery Performance (SDP) to 98 OTD
* Input to country manuals for regional shipping destinations to capture tax, customs and export compliance
requirements for shipping
* Resolve regional operational disruptions from start to finish with the right applicable urgency
* Support customs, Trade, Tax and export compliance groups with business changes and audits
* Interlock with Territory Managers to support local (Service) Sales
* Drive and support Operational Excellence and Innovation
* Manage Compliance Vendors and support local audits
* Accountable for Financial Management of the regional Supplier Budget
* Operate within cross functional teams and drive regional project and initiatives
* Work with local vendor base and authorities to understand, interpret and adapt business models based on changed regulations,
import regimes

* Main contact for interaction and leverage with other similar business Functions in other theatres
* Act as a member of the SLO Management team for developing, planning and implementing future distribution
and network services
* Establish (local) forums to ensure continuous business reviews to ensure optimizations within vendors business units
