The Job As the Territory Sales Executive you will be responsible for obtaining new business whilst managing relationships and processes with existing agents across your assigned region. Your focus in this role will be to improve sales productivity through exceeding set objectives around site visits, new business leads, and activation of new business. Whilst maintaining relationships and communication with potential new prospects. You will also be responsible for supporting your customers with the implementation of digital resources and find ways to improve business through the use of digital tools through the creation of synergies with new, existing and potential customers to build digital alliances across our agents. There will also be a focus around the reduction of business costs and risk mitigation by obtaining business in low risk markets and establishing a balanced customer base through considering competition and commission rates. Alongside this you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships as the main point of contact for new and existing agents. It will also be an essential part of your role to build strong relationships within the Western Union matrix with varied key customers and stakeholders. As an integral part of the sales team you will also work autonomously in your role and communicate prospects, objectives and targets through reporting processes and continuous updating of the agent database with accurate and up to date records of all accounts and locations About you As the successful candidate for this vacancy you will have proven experience within an outside sales role alongside developed computer based skills and understanding of payment processing in high volumes. You will enjoy site based business development and have the ability and understanding of generating new business customers. It is essential that you enjoy working autonomously and also have an eye for detail and data integrity. Experience in financial services and specifically foreign exchange will be viewed as favourable but is not essential. As this role is a field based position you must be willing to travel at least 25 of the time.
