Overview

Job Summary :

Responsible to design and develop Training roadmap modules for BC, and develop new product training material, to ensure the high quality support given by PeDe to the Sales Team to achieve the company sales goal to achieve the sales target.

Key Responsibilities:

Material Development
:
Responsible to develop training material roadmap for BC from Basic to Intermediate levels
:
Regularly visit and update the existing training material
:
Conduct some regular meetings with BLEND to create training program for BC in line with the DC Needs
:
Develop new training material/program on each new products or projects, as directed by manager
:
Provide trainers notes for all new developed training materials
:
Manage good relationship with other related units
:
Continuously develop personal competencies

Maintain a keen sense of awareness of industry and market trends as well as competition in order to leverage trainingsupport and services provided

Job Requirements :

Education S1 from Reputable University
:
Experience 2 years in Development Team
:
Certifications/Licenses:: Certification of AAJI
:
Special skills:: Communication Skill and Analytical Skill

Computer Literature, Microsoft Office
