Visual Designer

Rogers is currently seeking a talented Visual Designer to join the Customer Experience UX/UI team. This individual will be well versed in the workflow and processes of UI design for bothdesktop and mobile experiences.Working with the larger UX/UI team, they will be providing day:to:day design assistance to the team regarding the creation of innovative and engaging online experiences.

Responsibilities and Accountabilities

:Assist in the design of user interfaces that provide an interactive, informative and engaging experience
:Provide support to business as usual (BAU) initiatives such as promotions, device launches, updates to existing experiences
:Work closely with the user experience team to create online prototypes for usability testing
:Work and collaborate with cross:functional teams in thedevelopment of projects, creation/refinement of presentation materials
:Accountable for all elements of asset delivery to development teams
:Maintain design style guides for desktop and mobile experiences
:Communicate the functionality and components of interactive elements with cross functional teams including the development team and stakeholders
:Provide support to Senior Visual Designers as needed

Skills and Experience

:Design experience : College Design diploma or equivalent work experience
:In depth knowledge and experience with Adobe Creative Suite
:Strong knowledge of CSS/HTML
:Desktop and mobile UIdesign experience including mobile (responsive design)
:Proven ability to work with teams and stakeholders
:Ability to work independently and under short deadlines
