Education Manager, Professional Oral Care (F/M)
Salary: 9 000 : 11 600 PLN gross monthly
We are looking for an
Education Manager
to drive awareness, recommendation and usage of our consumer and professional oral care products among
future and practicing dental professionals
.
Key Responsibilities

Deliver engaging
educational programs
(online and offline) to dentists, students and other dental professionals.
:
Present scientific and product content through
talks, webinars, and congresses
(face:to:face and digital).
:
Build and manage
relationships with dental and non:dental influencers
, speakers, and key opinion leaders to grow brand ambassadorship.
:
Cooperate with external partners and
dental public health structures
to drive advocacy and recommendations.
:
Lead the
organization of educational events
and presence at relevant congresses and conventions.
:
Capture and track activities and customer interactions in
C4C
and report on key performance indicators.
:
Support and train internal teams with
scientific and educational content
in collaboration with Scientific Affairs.
Requirements

Background in
dentistry, dental hygiene, health sciences, or related field
(degree preferred).
:
Experience delivering
scientific or educational presentations
to professional audiences.
:
Strong
communication and presentation skills
, comfortable with large and small audiences.

Experience working with
dental professionals, universities, or professional associations
is a strong plus.
:
Ability to build and maintain
long:term relationships
with influencers and partners.
:
Strong
organizational skills
; able to plan and execute events and projects independently.
:
Comfortable working with
digital tools and platforms
(webinars, online education, CRM such as C4C).

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
Salary Range: 9 000 : 11 600 PLN gross monthly
The salary level is determined by the objective evaluation of the positions requirements, such as required skills, effort, responsibility, and working conditions, which places the role into a specific level within the companys compensation framework.
Employees will also be eligible to theannual bonus plan : on target 8 of base annual salary linked to company and individual performance.
The conditions of payment of the salary and benefits referred to above are regulated by the Employer’s Remuneration regulations which shall be submitted to employment candidates at the later stage of the recruitment process.
