Engineering Manager Location: Glasgow
Salary: GBP 55,000 : GBP 65,000
Key Responsibilities
: Proven experience in an Engineering Manager, Engineering Team Lead, or Senior Engineering leadership position.
: Degree qualified in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
: Strong leadership and people management skills with a track record of developing successful teams.
: Experience delivering engineering projects within budget and agreed timescales.
: Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
: Strong problem:solving abilities and a continuous improvement mindset.
: Experience working within manufacturing, industrial, engineering services, or a related technical environment is highly desirable.
: Knowledge of health, safety, and quality standards relevant to engineering operations.
Requirements
: Previous experience in an Engineering Manager or senior engineering leadership role.
: Degree:qualified in Engineering or a related discipline.
: Strong people management and stakeholder engagement skills.
: Proven track record of delivering engineering projects successfully.
