What we’re looking for
We are hiring an experienced Enterprise Transformation Project Manager to guide strategic change initiatives throughout Lloyd’s Register.
This role focuses on delivering complex, enterprise:wide transformation programmes that improve business processes, operating models, organisational effectiveness, and technology:enabled ways of working. Success in this role is measured by business outcomes, stakeholder adoption, and benefits realisation-not simply delivering projects on time and within budget.
We are seeking candidates who have personally managed business transformation or organizational change programs within large, complex organizations and can show experience creating business cases, overseeing project governance, supporting change adoption, and delivering measurable business benefits.

The role
typedisc:
:Oversee enterprise transformation projects from the business case stage through implementation and benefits realization.
:Deliver strategic projects aligned with Lloyd’s Register’s transformation agenda, ensuring delivery against agreed scope, timelines, budget, and business outcomes.
:Develop and maintain robust project governance, including business cases, RAID logs, reporting, and Steering Committee updates.
:Partner with Change Management, Business Analysis, Portfolio Management, and business stakeholders to ensure effective delivery and adoption of change.
:Coordinate cross:functional workstreams across Business, Operations, Technology, HR, Finance, Legal, Procurement, and other corporate functions.
:Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, providing clear communication, effective governance, and timely escalation of risks and issues.
:Identify and manage project risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies to help ensure effective program delivery.
:Apply Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery approaches where appropriate, adapting methodologies to business needs.
:Promote the adoption of new processes, systems, and ways of working by working closely with Change Managers.
:Contribute to continuous improvement by sharing knowledge, mentoring colleagues, and enhancing project delivery practices across the organisation.

:Demonstrated experience, typically 5 or more years, delivering enterprise business transformation or organizational change initiatives within large or complex organizations.
:Demonstrated experience leading projects from initiation through implementation and benefits realisation.
:Experience delivering transformation involving business process improvement, operating model redesign, organisational change, and technology:enabled business change.
