Handyman / Allround Maintenance Worker
Location: Stockholm, Sweden
Salary: 335,000 : 450,000 SEK per annum

Looking for a hands:on role where every day is different? Join a growing facilities management company supporting premium retail locations across Stockholm.
This is a practical, mobile maintenance role for someone who enjoys fixing, repairing, and maintaining buildings to a high standard. Youll be the go:to person for day:to:day maintenance, ensuring sites remain safe, functional, and well:presented.
About the Role
* Carry out general building repairs and day:to:day maintenance across retail sites.
* Complete planned preventative maintenance and reactive maintenance tasks.
* Handle basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and general repair work.
* Troubleshoot maintenance issues and resolve them quickly and safely.
* Work closely with store teams and external contractors when required.
* Keep maintenance records up to date and ensure health and safety standards are followed.
Requirements
* 1:5 years of experience in a handyman, maintenance, or facilities role.
* Multi:skilled with experience across general building maintenance.
* Practical, reliable, and confident working independently.
* Strong problem:solving skills and a hands:on approach.
* Fluent Swedish is preferred
* A valid driving licence is essential.
