The role:

* Lead site maintenance and engineering performance
* Maximise uptime, reliability and production output
* Drive preventative maintenance and reduce breakdowns
* Lead, coach and develop a team of engineers
* Use data to improve performance and eliminate repeat faults

Youll need:

* Engineering qualification (or equivalent)
* Strong leadership experience in manufacturing/FMCG
* Proven track record improving maintenance performance
* Experience with CMMS and data:led decision making
