What you will be doing
You will be the point of contact for one of the manufacturing teams in production and provide daily support to the team. You will balance the flow of machines and equipment for the team to secure costs, output, quality, and availability to reflect current demand for products and volumes.Continuous improvement is important, which is why you work closely with equipment responsible process engineers with OEE improvements, evaluate results, and take action to improve machine availability or eliminate quality issues arising from the process.You will be responsible for the production team FMEA. You will be expected to drive efforts to assure and improve the manual processes in the team.
Our Landskrona plant has a bright future. Other important work for you will therefore include supporting our global manufacturing engineers and engineering specialists. You will participate in product industrialization projects as the main member for production.
You will be a part of an engineering team that works closely together and with a positive team spirit. Much of our work is project:based, which will give you personal development opportunities to grow in other areas and have cross:functional contacts. SWEP is a global company, so you will have opportunities for global contacts and collaborations.
Your background
–
University degree in a technical field (B.Sc. in engineering or a comparable qualification)
–
Some experience of similar tasks in any industrial or technical working area

General interest in technology
