Requirements:

* Qualified Architectural Technologist with significant experience.
* Strong track record of delivering residential and mixed:use developments.
* In:depth knowledge of construction methods and technical detailing.
* Comprehensive understanding of current UK Building Regulations.
* Experience preparing technical drawings, tender information, and construction documentation.
* Excellent organisational, communication, and project coordination skills.
* Confident user of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office software.
* Working knowledge of Revit, BIM processes, and the Building Safety Act would be beneficial.

The Role:

* Take responsibility for the technical coordination and delivery of residential and mixed:use projects.
* Produce accurate and comprehensive technical drawings and construction documentation.
* Coordinate and manage external consultants throughout all project stages.
* Work closely with clients, contractors, and design teams to ensure project objectives are achieved.
* Provide practical solutions to technical and construction:related challenges.
* Support, mentor, and develop junior colleagues within the technical team.
* Monitor quality and technical compliance across multiple live projects.
* Assist with project programming, technical planning, and successful project execution.
