For our location in Munich we are looking for you as Specialist Planning and Allocation Management, EMEA (m/f/d) TASKS You manage the overall product demand, translate this demand into rolling sales forecasts and manage production forecast and final demand documents towards Headquarters (HQ) for the EMEA Planning operations You communicate the Available to Promise (ATP) sales volume to sales management on a daily basis You communicate and review inventory levels and sales forecast with various manufacturing entities and headquarters to define the volume flow to each warehouse and other company locations in the EMEA region You create and manage SAP POs per business needs to ensure supply, based on actual sales demand You ensure inventory resources optimization and allocation cycles with efficient resource utilization You establish weekly / monthly reports on shipped products, open POs, demand trends and patterns as well as regional performance You support the Planning and Allocation Manager to review and analyze the established and prepared data and create any ad:hoc reporting You support the Inside Sales department to service their customer communication You support the other Operations departments, e. g. Logistics and Inside Sales, in various analyses, SAP troubleshooting, etc. to help service their customer communication QUALIFICATIONS University degree in business administration, engineering or comparable, Masters degree is a plus Desirable two years of experience in similar function Experience of working with SAP and BI skills, preferably skills in Power BI Advanced MS:Excel skills COMPETENCIES Experience working with and communicating with senior management Detail oriented, analytical and inquisitive mindset. Results:driven approach with a proactive attitude, high initiative to take on challenges and excellent problem:solving skills to interpret sales performance Punctuality, reliability, accuracy and ability to work under pressure with high flexibility Excellent oral and written communication as well as intercultural skills Deep capacity for influencing others that do not report to Planning; enlisting their commitment (time, resources and budgets) in support of planning initiatives Good negotiation and argumentation skills LANGUAGES Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English Additional languages are a plus, especially Chinese LOCATION Munich WHAT WE OFFER
