Tax Specialist (Part:Qualified to Senior Manager) : Belfast
MCS Group is delighted to be partnering with a well established Practice based in Belfast , looking to recruit for a Tax Specialist on a full time, permanent basis.
The Company:
A growing Belfast:based Practice is seeking a Tax Specialist to support continued expansion. The role involves overseeing key tax deadlines, reviewing compliance, and coordinating tax advice across areas such as M and A, private equity, and IHT. The team values development, a strong work/life balance, and operates a great culture with offices closing at 1pm every Friday.

Job Duties of the Tax Specialist Include:
Compliance/Advisory (60/40) Personal tax R and D tax Involved in a broad range of work, including delivering high:quality corporate tax advisory services to businesses and providing tax advice to individuals. This includes M and A transactional support, Inheritance Tax (IHT) planning, and corporate tax matters. A self:starter who has experience of managing and mentoring junior team members Reviewing personal and corporation tax compliance (including groups)
What You Need to be the Successful Tax Specialist?
ACA/ACCA/CTA qualified or part:qualified. Significant experience in personal and corporate tax. Strong technical knowledge of personal and corporate tax compliance. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Proven ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships. Self:motivated, proactive, and committed to delivering high:quality client service.
