Job Title: Transport Engineer
Location: Munich, Germany
Duration: 6 months Contract
Interface testing between SDN controller and NMS/NE End to End testing between SDN Controller and NMS/network element, troubleshooting and problem reporting. Test Plan and Test Case Creation and design review Prepare Test/Release Documentation. Regular interaction with the customer about operations, issues, risks, status updates and sending daily/weekly reports. Provide periodic reports to client Project Manager and stakeholders
Minimum work experience: 9+ Years of experience
Key Skills and Expectations:
Good working experience on Transport Technologies like ROADM, xWDM, OTN, SDH and DCN engineering on Transport devices Good understanding of : Horizontal and Vertical Integration of DCN over Transport devices. Good knowledge on SDN controller and network programmability features. Hands on experience to NMS and NE from vendors like Ciena, Huawei, ADVA or similar. Good understanding of FCAPS on Optical transport devices. Good understanding on NETFONF Yang, RESTCONF, Open flow, Open Config. Knowledge on VMware. Good Network Testing skills Requirement Analysis Test Case Design Quality Execution of Test Cases Test Management and Bug Tracking Management tools
